Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes and accessories, but if they aren't quite right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
